Seahawks will have a regular practice schedule on  Tuesday (November 24) and Wednesday (November 25). The Club will be closed on Thursday November 26 (NO PRACTICE).

Follow the practice schedule for Friday, November 27 :

Pre-Swim Team and Junior Seahawks – 11:00 am -12:00 pm;               
Bronze  – 12:15-1:15 pm;       
Silver  –     1:30-2:30 pm;   
Gold  –     2:45-3:45 pm;
