T-30 TEST/SWIM MARATHON on Wednesday, October 15.
ALL SWIMMERS HAVE TO ARRIVE 10 MIN BEFORE THE POSTED TIME.
Junior Seahawks & Bronze Groups at 5:30 PM
Gold/JO’s Group at 6:00 PM
Silver Group at 6:30 PM
ALL GROUPS WILL NOT HAVE A PRACTICE AFTER THE TEST.
Results will be posted on the cliftonseahawks website.

Welcome back to all our swimmers! We are excited to begin another great season!
A special welcome to all our new teammates as well! We are sure you will have a great experience this fall/winter as a member of our team.
Our season will start on Monday, September 15 with the following schedule:
Junior Seahawks: Mon.,Wed.,Fri – 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Bronze: Mon – Fri 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Silver: Mon – Fri 6:30 – 8:00 PM (Dryland Tue&Thu. 6:00 – 6:30 PM)
Gold/JO’s Mon – Fri 6:30 – 8:30 PM (Dryland Mon.,Wed.,Fri 6:00 – 6:30PM)
Parents Orientation meeting for NEW SWIMMERS ONLY is Thursday, September 11 at 6:00 PM in the Teen Center. The Meeting is MANDATORY
