Have you attempted to do a back to breast turn that ends in failure? Follow these five simple steps to learn how to improve your IM transition:
- Aim for the middle of the touch pad with your top arm.
- Push your top arm backwards while tucking your chin forward.
- Somersault on your side.
- Place your feet in the middle of the touch pad and your arms in streamline.
- Push off on your side in a tight streamline.
